Refund Policy

We put everything we can into our products and services and you will love them. Our Refund Policy is only in affect where stated clearly, generally this is found around the "Add to cart" or "Payment" information areas. It will also be clearly stated on the payment pages.

IF A REFUND IS OFFERED DETAILS BELOW WILL COVER THAT.

First 30 Days

If you are dissatisfied at any time during the first 30 days after purchase, simply return all physical products we shipped to you, delete all digital video, audio, and text files you obtained from us, and ask for a full refund. You will get your money back. That’s a firm promise and commitment. We have placed tracking services with our products, we will know if do not deleted. Where noted, there may be a Refund up-to 60 Days, these products and services are still subject to the same policy as the 30 Days.

Monthly Subscriptions: You have THIRTY (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for your monthly subscription. Any refund request after the THIRTY (30) DAY time limit will not be processed. You may cancel at any time after the initial THIRTY (30) Days has passed.

Yearly Subscriptions: For yearly subscription purchases, you have THIRTY (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for your yearly subscription. Any refunds requests after 30 days will be subject to a review. Personal Checks (if allowed) All checks are held for 20 business days. Orders placed with a check will be held for 20 business days. Once 20 business days is complete, the order will be released and shipped.

All returned check will be charged a $75 USD return check fee.

Counter checks will not be accepted.

Checks and money orders must be sent in CDN funds.

In order to receive a refund please use the proper channels and allow 5 – 7 business days for processing.

To serve you and others better in the future, we request (but do not require) that you tell us why you want a refund. We want satisfied customers. Please remember that asking for a refund but continuing to use products purchased from us is the same thing as stealing and may also violate applicable intellectual property rights law.
